Welcome to Pilates Avenue – Hull’s first Boutique Pilates Studio offering Pilates Mat, Reformer, Small Equipment and Seated Pilates.

We offer a friendly Pilates environment for those who want to move and feel amazing. Our Pilates classes are tailored to all bodies and abilities.

Our small group classes range from fundamentals (suitable for beginners and those needing a little more support) through to advanced. With our experienced instructors guiding you through a combination of the traditional Pilates exercises and functional movements you will feel stronger, prevent injury and support your long-term physical health.
